
- 1 lb shrimp, fresh or frozen
- 1 yellow onion, diced
- 2 bell peppers, diced or sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 tsp lime juice
- tortillas of your choice
- avocado, hot sauce, and cheese of choice for topping
what to do:
- preheat oven to 450 degrees
- thaw shrimp if frozen by running cold water over them
- toss together shrimp, diced peppers, diced onions, olive oil, lime juice, and taco seasoning
- if you don’t want to make the whole taco seasoning recipe, for this recipe combine: 1/2 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp cumin, 2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, pepper to taste
- layer evenly on a foil lined baking sheet
- bake for 10 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes (watch closely, so they don’t burn!)
- layer the shrimp and peppers onto a soft tortilla, top with your favorite toppings, and enjoy!
I made the shrimp Tacos for dinner tonight. They were so easy and my family loved them. I will definitely be making these again soon.
