Figgy Balsamic Vinaigrette

what you need:

  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fig preserves
  • 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
  • salt and pepper to taste

what to do:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a shaker bottle or mason jar
  2. Shake shake shake until figs emulsify the vinaigrette.
  3. Pour over your favorite salads, and enjoy.
  4. Store in fridge for 1 month.
