
what you need:
- 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fig preserves
- 1 teaspoon pure maple syrup
- salt and pepper to taste
what to do:
- Combine all ingredients in a shaker bottle or mason jar
- Shake shake shake until figs emulsify the vinaigrette.
