Crockpot Chicken Taco Bowls

what you need:

  • 1.5 lb chicken breast
  • 16 oz jar of salsa
  • 8oz corn, frozen or canned
  • 8oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • taco seasoning
  • 2 c rice, cooked
  • 8oz shredded cheese
  • cilantro

what to do:

  1. Place chicken, salsa, corn, beans, taco seasoning to crock pot. Stir to ensure chicken is covered.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours.
  3. Shred chicken. Serve over cooked rice. Top with cheese and cilantro
