
what you need:
- 1.5 lb chicken breast
- 16 oz jar of salsa
- 8oz corn, frozen or canned
- 8oz black beans, drained and rinsed
- taco seasoning
- 2 c rice, cooked
- 8oz shredded cheese
- cilantro
what to do:
- Place chicken, salsa, corn, beans, taco seasoning to crock pot. Stir to ensure chicken is covered.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred chicken. Serve over cooked rice. Top with cheese and cilantro
