I’ve been MIA on here lately, but I’m trying to be better! I have so many recipes to share, but just haven’t made the time to type them up. Anyway, this weekend it’s starting to get chilly in Houston, soooo this grilled broccoli might be something to try when it warms up, but it’s delicious nonetheless! Super easy side when you’re already grilling something for dinner (less cleanup in the kitchen!) here’s the recipe:
What you need:
- 2 heads of broccoli
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp Worcestershire
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp minced garlic
- sea salt and pepper to taste
What to do:
- Heat grill to medium heat.
- Chop broccoli into large but fairly thin chunks
- Mix together all ingredients.
- Toss broccoli in sauce
- Place directly onto grill
- Flip every 2-3 minutes for 12-15 min or until broccoli is tender but charred. Baste with remaining sauce throughout.
- Optional: sprinkle Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes on top!
- Enjoy!
