Rosemary Salt

Funny story about this salt. My mom made this with fresh rosemary from her garden and wanted to send it home with me to Texas… So I put it in my carry-on and went right through security. TSA was not so impressed as they flagged my bag and had multiple TSA agents checking this jar… But honestly – worth it. This stuff is amazing. I have used it on salmon, steaks, chicken, veggies. Highly recommend!

what you need:

  • 1 cup coarse sea salt
  • 4 tablespoons fresh rosemary

  • remove leaves from fresh stems of rosemary.
  • place into food processor with salt and grind until fine
