
What you need:
- 3-4 lb boneless pork butt
- 2 cups bbq sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
What to do:
- Combine BBQ sauce, sugar, vinegar, oil, and seasonings in crockpot.
- Add pork butt and spoon sauce over to cover
- Close lid and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours
- Shred and serve with barbecue sauce and coleslaw
