Crockpot Pulled Pork

What you need:

  • 3-4 lb boneless pork butt
  • 2 cups bbq sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

What to do:

  1. Combine BBQ sauce, sugar, vinegar, oil, and seasonings in crockpot.
  2. Add pork butt and spoon sauce over to cover
  3. Close lid and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours
  4. Shred and serve with barbecue sauce and coleslaw
  5. ENJOY
