What you need:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 3/4 flour
- 1 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 1/4 cup chocolate chips
- 1 stick of unsalted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1 tablespoon water
What to do:
- Combine dry ingredients. (ingredients 1-7)
- Mix in wet ingredients until combined. (ingredients 8-11)
- Place 1 inch balls of dough on parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Bake at 375° F for 12 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely so they don’t fall apart. Once cooled, cookies should have crunchy edges and a soft middle
